Solar street lamp holder (i.e. lamp part) is the core component, which directly affects the lighting effect and the life of lamp pole. Our factory adopts die-casting aluminum shell, the surface is sprayed with plastic to prevent corrosion, and thermal conductive silicone grease is used in the assembly process to ensure the full heat dissipation of lamps; We use waterproof joints and use glass glue to seal them to ensure that the lamps are short-circuited when they meet water. Lamps and lanterns products use high-brightness LED chips, which are attached to aluminum substrates and fixed by reflow soldering. Match the solar system voltage (12V/24V) and integrate constant current drive to prevent overvoltage and overcurrent; Waterproof glass glue is filled and sealed, and constant current power supply is sealed.

After the lamps are assembled, we must carry out charge and discharge tests, waterproof tests, etc. to ensure the endurance of lamps during transportation. Before the lamps are delivered, we use collision-resistant materials to ensure transportation safety.
